Flow rate: 70 litres per minute Specification A double chamber carbon steel tank, S235JR, is electro-welded, sandblasted, and oven- baked powder-coated in accordance with UNI EN 10025 standards. It features a watertight design. The welding procedure of the tank complies with EN 288 standards. The inner chamber of the tank has a steel thickness of 4mm, and the outer chamber has a steel thickness of 4mm. Each tank undergoes a pressure test at either 1.5 bar or 0.5 bar for the interstitial space. Rust protection: Primed with an anti-rust layer and finished with green paint. Tanks are supported by structural steel saddles. The manhole has a diameter of 600mm and is equipped with a gasket and bolted cover. It has a thickness of 10mm. The tank is equipped with a loading access port that features a lockable quick cap and an overfill protection valve. The tank includes a vent device with a flame arrestor mesh. The suction line is equipped with a foot valve and filter. EUROVAC Leak Detector The Eurovac NV leak detector is a vacuum type device specifically designed to comply with EN 13160-2, class 1 standards. It ensures the safe monitoring of double-walled tanks with inner lining, specifically used for the storage of flammable liquid.
