2,000 lbs. Torsion Trailer Axle with The Option of Hubs Key Features: Configurable Hub Options: Choose a standard idler setup with the correct bolt pattern to suit your trailers needs. Hubface & Mounting Bracket Options: Provide us with custom measurements so that we can ensure a perfect fit. Lug Nuts: Receive a set of new coned lug nuts when you add hubs. Durable Construction: Built from high-strength steel and coated for enhanced resistance to corrosion and wear. Axle beam is 1-3/4" in diameter. All axles are manufactured in the USA. EZ-Lube Spindles: This Axle comes with EZ-Lube grease zerks on the end of the spindles allowing for easy grease top ups and annual maintenance. Mounting Bracket Setup: This Trailer Axle has the option to be fitted with Brackets that match those of your current axle. Whether that’s long leg in or long leg out along with a high profile or low profile. Trailing Arm Angles: This Axle has six different arm angles to choose from so please specify yours during the ordering process. Camber: This Trailer Axle comes with standard half camber. If your axle needs full camber please specify during the ordering process. Maintenance and Repair: Maintenance in regards to Torsion Trailer Axles involves regularly inspecting the arms ensuring they still remain at their original degree and that the axle beam and mounting hardware are free from rust and damage. Repair typically requires replacing the entire axle assembly if the rubber torsion elements fail, as they are integrated and not serviceable individually. Construction: Torsion trailer axles are built with a rectangular beam that houses rubber cords, which provide suspension by compressing and twisting within the axle tube.
